Position Overview
The ideal candidate is motivated, well-organized, and has a deep understanding of prospecting and customer relationship development.
The Sales Manager role focuses on driving business growth and managing a real estate sales team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives.
- Drive the business from the first day and meet set targets for the team.
- Manage a team of real estate sales agents.
- Develop strong customer relationships and support prospecting and closing activities.
Experience and Knowledge
- 3–4 years of experience in Dubai real estate.
- 2–3 years of experience managing a team of agents in the system.
- Exceptional closing and managerial skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate, developers, projects, processes, and DLD systems.
- Immediate availability and current residence in Dubai.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- At least 3 years of sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
