This is a full-time, onsite Content Strategist role based in Dubai.
The role develops and executes content strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement across digital and offline channels.
Responsibilities
- Research Dubai real estate market trends and manage content calendars.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to produce content for websites, social media, newsletters, and property listings.
- Optimize content for target audiences while maintaining consistent tone and messaging.
- Measure content performance and refine strategies using results and data-driven insights.
- Align content initiatives with business objectives and client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong content strategy, content development, and content management skills.
- Excellent web content writing and general writing skills.
- Experience in digital marketing or social media management in real estate is highly beneficial.
- Strong research skills and familiarity with the Dubai real estate market or willingness to develop that knowledge quickly.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced onsite team environment.
