Zooma Properties is seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow its sales team.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in Dubai off-plan or secondary-market real estate.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coach agents on lead conversion, negotiations, and closing.
- Support off-plan and secondary-market transactions.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Recruit and develop new sales consultants.
- Build relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai's property market.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of UAE or Dubai real estate experience.
- Previous Sales Manager or Team Leader experience.
- Strong knowledge of off-plan or secondary-market real estate.
- A proven sales and team-management record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- A target-driven and commercially minded approach.
