Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Sales Manager in Dubai.
The role leads a sales team, closes personal deals, recruits agents, and drives overall team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents.
- Recruit and train new sales consultants.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate and close personal property sales.
- Coach team members on prospecting, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
- Monitor team performance and improve conversion rates.
- Build relationships with clients, investors, developers, and property owners.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, projects, and pricing.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
- Previous experience in a sales leadership or team management role is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to recruit, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- RERA knowledge or certification is an advantage.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and professional.
Compensation
- The posting states a salary of AED 8,000–20,000 per month.
- The compensation package includes 60% commission on personal leads and a 5% team override on eligible team sales.
- The role offers uncapped earning potential and access to sales and management support.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
