The role is responsible for sales performance and client development in the UAE real estate market.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research.
- Analyze sales data to forecast trends.
Requirements
- Strong sales experience with a real estate developer in the UAE.
- Demonstrated success in off-plan sales within the UAE real estate sector.
- At least 1 year of experience in off-plan sales.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of Polish, German, French, Arabic, Dutch, Russian, or Hindi is listed as a language qualification.
- Prior exposure to a high-paced work environment.
