Job Purpose
Manage the design, implementation, operation, optimization, and lifecycle of enterprise CCTV and video surveillance systems across the group.
Department Context
Group IT supports digital products, ERP, realty and construction technologies, data science, infrastructure, and cybersecurity across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop CCTV technology roadmaps and standards.
- Design and review CCTV solutions, drawings, and bills of quantities.
- Manage implementation, commissioning, support, vendors, contracts, and SLAs.
- Support security operations and investigations.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and security requirements.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of CCTV and security technology experience.
- At least 5 years managing large surveillance environments.
- Experience with enterprise deployments exceeding 1,000 cameras across multiple sites.
- Experience with enterprise video analytics solutions.
- At least 5 years in IT delivery, operations, or coordination.
