The Sales Manager will drive and execute comprehensive sales strategies within designated market segments.
The role focuses on revenue targets, new business prospects, client relationships, and positioning hotel offerings as preferred solutions.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Engage with executives to deliver client service, achieve targets, and maximize productivity.
- Execute sales objectives and action plans to surpass predefined targets.
- Set parameters, prepare quotes, and negotiate prices for transient and group business.
- Generate leads, expand brand presence, and increase market share.
- Maintain organized major-account files.
- Apply selling strategies and maximize upselling opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing on promotional materials and campaigns.
