Assist in providing guests with a safe and enjoyable recreational experience.
Support recreational services, activities, equipment use, and guest information needs.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of recreational areas, equipment, and facilities.
- Assist guests with equipment rentals and provide guidance on usage.
- Monitor recreational equipment and report issues or damage.
- Ensure guests know the safety rules and regulations for recreational areas.
- Coordinate and set up recreational activities and events with the recreation team.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests related to recreational services.
- Participate in setup and cleanup of recreational events and activities.
- Promote recreational programs, classes, and wellness initiatives to guests.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and rentals.
- Assist with safety and security measures in recreational facilities.
- Report safety concerns and maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Provide information about available activities, schedules, and amenities.
Safety and Environmental Practices
- Operate safely and in an environmentally friendly manner to protect the health and safety of guests and colleagues.
- Follow the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
- Contribute to environmental conservation while performing recreational duties.
