About the Role
The Senior Manager – Enterprise Sales will lead high-touch client engagement, account mining, and new-logo acquisition in the UAE.
The role sells enterprise software across core banking and lending platforms to regional financial institutions.
Location and Work Setting
- The role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is on-site.
- The position requires an active physical presence across strategic client sites in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close multi-million-dollar software license and implementation deals with targeted UAE financial institutions.
- Manage key relationships across IT, Operations, Business, and Procurement stakeholders.
- Uncover client requirements and cross-sell high-margin AI and wealth solutions.
- Lead pre-sales engagements, client workshops, and end-to-end RFP cycles tailored to local regulatory mandates.
- Maintain late-stage deal pipeline velocity through contract sign-off.
- Maintain physical engagement across strategic client sites in the UAE.
