About the Role
Lead the hotel’s sales strategy in line with business objectives, market positioning, and revenue targets.
Drive new business, account development, revenue growth, and market expansion for Cloud 7 Residence AlUla.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure business across corporate, leisure, travel trade, and group segments.
- Build relationships with clients, partners, travel agents, destination management companies, and corporate accounts.
- Manage prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, contracting, and account management across the full sales cycle.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and pricing strategies.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, sales trips, and networking functions.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and performance analysis aligned with hotel revenue goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, Reservations, Operations, Finance, and Food and Beverage teams.
- Supervise and mentor junior sales team members while supporting individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate account records, contracts, and sales activities in CRM and reporting systems.
Experience and Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
