Join the fabric store team as a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associate.
Assist customers with fabric selection while supporting sales, store presentation, inventory, and daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and recommend suitable fabrics and accessories.
- Provide product information, fabric recommendations, and pricing details.
- Process sales transactions through the POS system.
- Follow up on inquiries through WhatsApp and social media when required.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Receive, arrange, and replenish stock on shelves.
- Assist with inventory counting and stock management.
- Support online orders and customer requests when needed.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store growth.
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in fabrics, fashion, tailoring, or textiles is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic English language skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork skills.
Working hours and pay
- The schedule is nine working hours per day with one day off per week.
- Pay is AED 2,300 per month.
- Sales incentives and commission opportunities are available, with commission based on KPI performance.

- Work location is in person.
