Responsibilities
- Source and manage property listings from landlords, owners, and developers
- Coordinate with property owners to collect accurate property details, documents, photos, and availability status
- Prepare and update property listings for portals, CRM, and internal records
- Ensure all listing information, prices, sizes, features, and availability details are correct
- Coordinate with the sales and leasing teams for property requirements and updates
- Follow up with owners regularly for new listings, price updates, availability, and viewing arrangements
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords
- Ensure listings meet company standards and portal requirements
- Work closely with the marketing team for property descriptions, photos, videos, and promotions
- Update CRM and listing platforms on a regular basis
- Support the team in maintaining a strong and updated property inventory
Requirements
- Arabic speaker is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of listing experience in real estate
- Experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
- Good knowledge of property portals, CRM systems, and listing procedures
- Strong communication and follow up skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Driving License (Required)

Job Overview
- We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Listing Agent to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi.
- The ideal candidate should be an Arabic speaker with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and manage property listings from landlords, owners, and developers
