Sales Lead

Role Overview

Location and Employment

• The position is based in Dubai, UAE.
• This is a full-time role involving field visits and travel for client meetings when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across the UAE.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, networking, and business-development activities.
• Promote and sell services to corporate and individual clients.
• Build relationships, maintain the sales pipeline, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, close deals, and convert leads into long-term customers.
• Explore markets, expand the client base, coordinate service delivery, and maintain sales reports.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive sales and relationship management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in service sales or business development.
• Service sales experience is mandatory; product-sales-only experience will not be considered.
• A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE business and service market is required.
• Lead generation, conversion, communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills are required.
• Candidates should be proactive, target-oriented, confident in field sales, and able to work independently.
• Experience with AMER, Tawjeeh, Tasheel, PRO services, government services, business setup, or similar industries is preferred.
• Own car is preferred.

Compensation

• Basic salary is AED 4,000 per month.
• TA or fuel allowance is AED 1,000 per month.
• The total fixed package is AED 5,000 per month.
• Additional performance-based incentives are offered based on sales performance.
