Information Technology Executive

Position Details

IT Support and Infrastructure

• Provide first-level IT support to staff and resolve day-to-day hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, email, printer, scanner, and commonly used application issues.

Healthcare and User Systems

• Provide technical support for biometric attendance systems and employee attendance issues.
• Support LIS, HIS, and other healthcare applications with vendors and support teams.
• Create and manage user accounts, system access, passwords, and basic security settings.
• Ensure regular backups of important data and assist with data security and confidentiality.

Assets, Vendors, and Documentation

• Maintain IT assets, equipment records, software licenses, and user access records.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs, installations, maintenance, and technical support.
• Monitor IT equipment and identify potential technical issues before they affect operations.
• Provide technical assistance during upgrades, installations, and new equipment setup.
• Maintain documentation of IT incidents, troubleshooting activities, and equipment maintenance.

Operational Coverage

• Ensure IT systems function properly across reception, laboratory, radiology, medical examination, and administrative areas.
• Follow healthcare data confidentiality, cybersecurity, and internal IT policies.

Required Qualifications

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is required.
• One to two years of IT support or IT administration experience is preferred, and relevant home-country experience will be considered.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, hardware, printers, and basic networking is required.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and troubleshooting is required.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• The candidate must be able to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced medical fitness center environment.

Desired Skills

• Experience with biometric attendance systems is advantageous.
• Experience in a healthcare or medical environment is advantageous.
• Relevant skills include hardware and software troubleshooting, network and Wi-Fi support, printer and scanner configuration, IT asset management, user access management, basic cybersecurity awareness, healthcare IT support, vendor coordination, and technical documentation.
