The Opportunity

  • Looking for a motivated, charismatic, and results driven Sales Lady who is a native Arabic speaker to join the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and generate new sales leads and opportunities within the Abu Dhabi market.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and following up on inquiries.
  • Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Build rapport and trusted relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable products or services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the company CRM system.
  • Represent Smartronx Technology at industry events and exhibitions as required.
  • Provide timely and professional after sales support to ensure client retention.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology, electronics, or B2C/B2B retail sector. Fresh graduates with strong drive also encouraged.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Confident, persuasive, and customer oriented.
  • Professional presentation and demeanor.
  • Quick learner with ability to understand and explain technical products and services.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and resilient with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must possess a valid UAE driver’s license and have own vehicle (highly preferred).
