  • We are actively seeking a graduate engineer to join our elite team as a Senior Sales Engineer for the ICT & ELV business.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven Track Record: Showcase a millions plus annual sales achieved across various ELV projects consistently over the last three years in UAE/Jordan.
  • Market Presence: Boast extensive market contacts with established relationships among major players.
  • Business Development Skills: Possess a robust ability to generate and assess pricing for Annual Maintenance Contracts, Retrofit projects, and IT Infrastructure upgrades.
  • In country Expertise: Demonstrate at least 5 years of successful work experience in country.
  • Technical Acumen: Present a proven track record in project sales in various domains including large IP CCTV systems, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Perimeter Security, ICT, Public Address, Audio/Video, Home Automation, and Lighting Control.
  • Vendor Relationship: Exhibit a strong rapport with a diverse array of top tier product suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and executing sales strategies.
  • Inspiring and guiding a sales team to meet and exceed set targets.
  • Securing new business opportunities and cultivating sales leads.
  • Identifying potential customers and formulating strategies to attain sales objectives.
  • Supporting the Pre sales team and fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Establishing and nurturing lasting customer relationships.
  • Providing regular updates to the Senior Management.
  • Achieving sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
