- Generate and assess pricing for Annual Maintenance Contracts, Retrofit projects, and IT Infrastructure upgrades
- Create and execute sales strategies
- Inspire and guide a sales team to meet and exceed set targets
- Secure new business opportunities and cultivate sales leads
- Identify potential customers and formulate strategies to attain sales objectives
- Support the Pre sales team and foster collaboration across departments
- Establish and nurture lasting customer relationships
- Provide regular updates to Senior Management
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving millions plus annual sales across various ELV projects consistently over the last three years in UAE/Jordan
- Extensive market contacts with established relationships among Facility Management, Interior Design, Government, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, and End Users
- Robust ability to generate and assess pricing for Annual Maintenance Contracts, Retrofit projects, and IT Infrastructure upgrades
- At least 5 years of successful work experience in country (UAE/Jordan)
- Proven track record in project sales of large IP CCTV systems, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Perimeter Security, ICT, Public Address, Audio/Video, Home Automation, and Lighting Control
- Strong rapport with a diverse array of top tier product suppliers
- Creating and executing sales strategies
- Inspiring and guiding a sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Securing new business opportunities and cultivating sales leads
