Job Summary
Manage key client relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive revenue growth across system integration, IT infrastructure, software, and technology solutions.
Work closely with customers, technical teams, solution architects, vendors, and project managers to deliver successful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Translate customer business requirements into technology and system integration opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Promote system integration solutions across infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, software, applications, and enterprise solutions.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, solution architects, engineers, and project teams on technical and commercial proposals.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, statements of work, and solution presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle through negotiation, contract closure, and handover to delivery teams.
- Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
- Maintain relationships with technology vendors, partners, and system integrators.
- Align project scope, timelines, deliverables, and commercial requirements with customer expectations and delivery teams.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms while maintaining profitability.
