Role Overview
The System Integration Sales Coordinator supports sales and business development activities.
The role connects customers, sales personnel, suppliers, and internal technical teams throughout the sales process.
The position combines sales coordination, customer communication, commercial administration, and basic system integration knowledge.
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate daily activities of the sales and business development team.
- Respond to customer inquiries, RFQs, and quotation requests.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and supporting documents.
- Maintain sales opportunity, quotation, order, and customer communication records.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and pending opportunities.
- Update the CRM or database and monitor sales pipelines.
Customer and Supplier Coordination
- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, distributors, and business partners.
- Request and compare supplier quotations and lead times.
- Coordinate product availability, delivery schedules, and technical documentation.
- Follow up on supplier pricing, specifications, warranty, and delivery requirements.
