- Manage inbound and outbound inquiries related to immigration and visa services
- Provide professional consultation on migration options, eligibility, and available programs
- Clearly explain services, packages, documentation requirements, and processing timelines
- Follow up with leads and effectively convert inquiries into successful sales
- Build and maintain long term client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
- Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems
- Coordinate with the processing team for smooth case handling
- Deliver high quality customer service and post sales support
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or immigration consultancy
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Demonstrated ability to convert leads into sales
- Target oriented, self motivated, and performance driven mindset
- Basic computer literacy and CRM handling skills
- Prior experience in visa, migration, or overseas recruitment is preferred
- Fluency in one of the listed languages (Telugu, Kannada, Sinhala, etc.)

About the Role
- We are seeking dynamic and result driven Multilingual Migration Sales Consultants fluent in Telugu, Kannada, Sinhala, Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali, Hindi, Urdu, Nepalese, or Punjabi.
- Our objective is to accelerate business growth by acquiring new clients and providing expert migration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound inquiries related to immigration and visa services
