- Review and assess client profiles for eligibility
- Handle complete documentation for Europe Visit Visa applications, Europe Work Permit files, Canada PR & other immigration programs, Australia & New Zealand immigration programs
- Prepare, verify, and organize application files before submission
- Ensure all cases meet embassy and immigration requirements
- Coordinate with clients for missing documents and clarifications
- Maintain updated records in CRM and internal systems
- Provide regular case status updates to clients and management
- Work closely with the sales team for smooth file transitions
- Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs and immigration regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in immigration/visa processing
- Strong knowledge of Europe visit visas and work permits
- Experience handling Canada, Australia, or New Zealand files is preferred
- Excellent documentation and file management skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases under pressure
- Detail oriented and deadline driven
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems

Job Description
