- Strong understanding of Forex markets, trading platforms (MT4/MT5), and client lifecycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Existing network of clients or IBs (Introducing Brokers) is a strong advantage
