Job Overview

  • We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.

Location & Working Days

  • Location: TECOM, Dubai
  • Working Days: 6 days a week

Salary

  • Salary: To be discussed based on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Generate leads and convert them into long term business.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and relationship building abilities.
  • Self motivated, target driven, and results oriented.
  • Experience in the UAE market is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional languages such as Arabic or European languages are a plus.
