• $11.50/hour plus bonus Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from prospective customers and make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.
• Build rapport and establish interest in the products and services we offer.
• Identify and address any objections or concerns.
• Present updated offers, promotions, and scheduling options to encourage commitment.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, outcomes, and follow up actions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Meet and exceed performance goals related to conversion rates, outreach volume, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to leadership on common objections and potential improvements to the quoting process.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environment preferred.
• Must have and/or be able to acquire reliable internet.
• Must have access to a mobile device/tablet for multi-factor authentication.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
