Promote and sell supermarket products while assisting customers and supporting overall supermarket sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product, price, and promotion information.
- Promote food and FMCG products and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain stocked and attractive product displays and check availability, expiry dates, and pricing.
- Monitor customer preferences and competitor products, prices, and promotions.
- Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers and provide feedback to management.
- Support promotional activities and coordinate with store, inventory, and purchasing teams.
- Keep the sales area clean, organized, and properly presented.
- Handle inquiries and complaints professionally and prepare basic sales reports when required.
- Follow company policies, food safety standards, and workplace procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to provide accurate information about products, prices, promotions, availability, and expiry dates.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

- Ability to prepare basic sales reports when required.
