Overview
- Promote and sell products to existing and prospective HORECA customers through distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distribution partners
- Ensure product availability and market coverage across assigned territories
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities
- Prepare quotations, respond to enquiries, and follow up on orders on a daily basis
- Track and achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and ensure alignment with customer demand
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, factory) to ensure timely delivery and customization
- Follow up on payments and ensure smooth order processing and delivery
