Role Overview

  • First point of contact for customers entering the store, guiding them through product selection and setup.
  • Engage customers by showcasing products and helping them discover how to transform living spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use CRMs to build and maintain accurate customer account information, manage relationships, opportunities, and tasks.
  • Act as subject matter expert on customer needs and solutions.
  • Seek, analyze, interpret, and share customer feedback to improve experience, including working with Quality team on product complaints.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth customer experience.
  • Stay updated on products and initiatives to apply learning in customer interactions.
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality service, cash handling, and safety.
  • Propose product models according to customer requirements and promote upselling and cross selling.
  • Monitor product inventory and ensure product placement on selling floor.
  • Perform other roles such as maintaining visual merchandising or assisting team members.
