Role overview
The role sells technical services and maintenance solutions for a client in technical services, facilities management and construction maintenance.
The position is based on-site at the client's office in Dubai and is full time.
Key responsibility areas
- Sell HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, civil, painting, tiling, glass, cleaning, boiler and chiller services.
- Promote repairs, fit-out, construction, project-based services and Annual Maintenance Contracts.
- Execute inbound and outbound sales, identify prospects and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, follow-ups and quotation discussions.
- Prepare, present, negotiate and follow up on quotations and close deals.
- Convert leads through meetings, calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, referrals and other channels.
- Own long-term client relationships and grow accounts through renewals, cross-selling and referrals.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, site visits, quotations and project timelines.
- Maintain CRM records, meeting notes, quotation details and pipeline forecasts.
- Coordinate with operations, technicians, suppliers and subcontractors for service delivery.
- Meet sales targets and report activities, forecasts, feedback and market opportunities to management.
