- Make outbound calls to prospects and leads from provided databases or marketing campaigns
- Understand customer needs, qualify leads, and effectively pitch suitable products or services
- Overcome objections and convert cold or warm leads into successful sales or follow up appointments
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, or messaging platforms to nurture interest and close deals
- Provide excellent customer service during and after the sales process to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities
Requirements
- High school certificate
- 1 3 years of experience in outbound calling or inside sales roles
- Experience in B2C or B2B telesales is preferred
- Background in sectors like telecom, education, finance, SaaS, or insurance is preferred
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools

Accountability & Responsibilities of Role
- Make outbound calls to prospects and leads from provided databases or marketing campaigns
- Understand customer needs, qualify leads, and effectively pitch suitable products or services

Position Requirements
- Education Background: High school Certificate
- Work Environment & Schedule: Full time role with shift based or fixed schedules depending on business needs
- On site or hybrid work setup may require weekend availability based on campaign demand
- Work Experience: 1 3 years of experience in outbound calling or inside sales roles
- Experience in B2C or B2B telesales, depending on business type is preferred
- Background in sectors like telecom, education, finance, SaaS, or insurance is preferred
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
