Purpose of Role

  • The role of Inside Sales Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, understanding their needs, pitching relevant products or services, and closing sales
  • The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and a passion for driving revenue

Accountability & Responsibilities of Role

  • Make outbound calls to prospects and leads from provided databases or marketing campaigns
  • Understand customer needs, qualify leads, and effectively pitch suitable products or services
  • Overcome objections and convert cold or warm leads into successful sales or follow up appointments
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, or messaging platforms to nurture interest and close deals
  • Provide excellent customer service during and after the sales process to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities

Position Requirements

  • Education Background: High school Certificate
  • Work Environment & Schedule: Full time role with shift based or fixed schedules depending on business needs
  • On site or hybrid work setup may require weekend availability based on campaign demand
  • Work Experience: 1 3 years of experience in outbound calling or inside sales roles
  • Experience in B2C or B2B telesales, depending on business type is preferred
  • Background in sectors like telecom, education, finance, SaaS, or insurance is preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
