Role Overview
- Configure, maintain and troubleshoot the functional modules of Campus Solutions/HCM/Finance within the ERP Systems.
- Support in the analysis, design, construction, implementation and documentation of the creation of IT applications in alignment with UDST policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Requirements analysis of Business Requirements and document them, along with designing, testing, and maintaining data processing solutions to enhance UDST ERP systems.
- Develop procedures, in coordination with the relevant stakeholders, to ensure the integrity of ERP system and databases are maintained.
- Ensure that ITIL standards, as well as external and internal regulations and policies governing data management are met.
- Assign appropriate access systems to users at different levels across UDST in accordance with policies, procedures and processes.
- Define user needs and develop data processing solutions with end users on all functional modules.
- Develop and implement project plans for ERP functional support tasks and ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot application software and database problems, and liaise with business, technical staff, and vendors for resolution of ERP issues.
- Prepare reports documenting ERP system and ensure monitoring and compliance with ITIL standards.
- Design and deliver training materials for UDST ERP system, in coordination with the relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain up to date knowledge with UDST mandated programming languages, applications and software and emerging IT software and development trends.
- Perform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
