Overview
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles based on their needs, preferences, and budget
- Provide detailed and accurate information on vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available financing options
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall showroom growth
- Proactively follow up with leads, inquiries, and potential customers through calls, messages, and digital platforms
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and market trends
- Coordinate with the finance team to support customers with loan, insurance, and payment solutions
- Ensure showroom vehicles are clean, well-presented, and displayed according to company standards
- Manage customer data and sales activities using CRM systems
- Prepare sales documentation, contracts, and delivery processes accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide effective solutions
- Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to generate leads
- Monitor competitor offerings and provide feedback to management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey, from inquiry to post-sale follow-up
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales
- Ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
