Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with restaurant and food service clients
- Present Al Menu Co.’s SMART OPERATIONS solutions and services
- Prospect, conduct sales meetings and product demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, gather feedback, and collaborate with Operations Managers
- Prepare regular sales reports and participate in marketing and promotional activities
- Represent the company at industry events when required
Requirements
- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals
- Experience in client relationship management and account management, preferably within F&B or hospitality
- Ability to understand and explain operational solutions, technology based tools, and process improvements
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in restaurant operations, food service consulting, or hospitality sales is an advantage
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh and travel locally to meet clients
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial
