Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sales Executive role based in Doha, Qatar.
- The Sales Executive will welcome and engage guests, provide knowledgeable guidance on cigar selections, and deliver a high quality, personalized customer experience.
- Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing the sales floor, handling point of sale transactions, and maintaining appealing product displays.
- The role also involves building and nurturing customer relationships, supporting in store events or promotions, and collaborating with the team.
- The Sales Executive will stay informed about product offerings, cigar origins, and trends to provide accurate recommendations and support brand growth.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and customer service skills, with the ability to engage guests, understand their needs, and close sales effectively.
- Strong product knowledge or interest in cigars, hospitality, or luxury goods, with a willingness to learn about cigar origins, varieties, and pairings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional, respectful, and inclusive approach.
- Organizational skills for managing the sales area, maintaining inventory accuracy, and handling point of sale systems reliably.
- Ability to work on site full time in Doha, Qatar, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury sales is preferred; experience with premium cigars or similar products is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and teamwork, with a proactive attitude.
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills (such as Arabic) are a plus.
