Role Description

  • The Duty Free Account Manager is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh, responsible for managing and growing duty free retail and travel related accounts.
  • Overseeing key customer relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring optimal product assortment and presentation in duty free channels.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular reports and forecasts for management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on inventory, logistics, and merchandising, visiting client locations, and supporting promotions and brand activations.
  • Ongoing communication with stakeholders to address issues promptly, maintain high service standards, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally within duty free, travel retail, or FMCG environments.
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex commercial agreements.
  • Solid analytical skills, including experience with sales reporting, forecasting, and using data to guide strategic decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of retail operations, merchandising standards, and customer experience in premium or luxury product segments.
  • Ability to work on site in Riyadh, travel to customer locations as needed, and adapt to a multicultural, fast paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with cigars, luxury goods, or hospitality industries is beneficial.
