About the Role
Deewan is seeking a driven Sales Executive in Riyadh to hunt and close new business for CPaaS and SaaS communication solutions. The role requires 2-5 years of new business sales experience in CPaaS, SaaS, or telecom, and deep familiarity with the KSA market.

Responsibilities
- Proactively hunt, identify, and acquire new medium to large clients across target sectors
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, and market intelligence
- Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored CPaaS/SaaS solutions
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to contract signature
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide regular forecasts using CRM tools
- Develop deep understanding of Deewan's product portfolio and articulate value propositions to C level decision makers
- Map client business needs to Deewan solutions and collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals
- Stay up to date with trends, competitors, and regulatory developments in the Saudi CPaaS/SaaS landscape
- Lead commercial negotiations and close agreements
- Ensure smooth handover to account management and delivery teams post signature
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven new business (hunter) sales experience in CPaaS, SaaS, Telecommunications, or closely related technology sector
- Strong, demonstrable track record of selling to medium to large clients in Saudi Arabia
- Deep familiarity with the KSA market: key sectors, buying behaviors, and decision making processes
- Existing network of medium to large account contacts in the KSA market is a strong advantage
- Experience managing complex, multi stakeholder sales cycles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field
- Arabic & English language proficiency (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to CPaaS products such as SMS, WhatsApp Business, RCS, OTP, voice, or omnichannel communication platforms.
- Arabic & English language proficiency (spoken and written).
- Experience working with government, banking, fintech, or healthcare sectors in KSA.
Skills & Competencies
- Hunter mentality — self motivated, tenacious, and hungry to win new business.
- Excellent consultative selling and solution mapping abilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Arabic and/or English.
- Ability to engage and influence at C level and senior stakeholder levels.
- High commercial acumen and ability to build a business case for clients.
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills — ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Ethical, professional, and a strong team player.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
- A relevant professional certification or MBA is a plus, but not mandatory.
