Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Riyadh and surrounding areas.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, site visits, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Sales & Client Management: Meet prospective clients and understand their branding, signage, and printing requirements.
  • Present suitable solutions and prepare commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing and project scope while maintaining company profitability.
  • Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
  • Build long term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Product Promotion: Promote and sell UV Printing Solutions, Eco Solvent Printing Solutions, Indoor & Outdoor Signage, Vehicle Branding & Graphics, Retail Branding Solutions, Exhibition & Event Graphics, Wall Graphics & Window Graphics, Banners, Flex, Vinyl & Related Printing Products.
  • Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the company system.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of monthly sales targets.
  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Sales conversion rate.
  • Customer retention and repeat business.
  • Timely collection and follow up of customer payments.
  • Accuracy and consistency of sales reporting.
