Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in a professional and timely manner
- Manage and follow up on company generated leads and client inquiries
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate options
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners
- Arrange and coordinate property viewings and site visits
- Negotiate terms and close sales in line with company targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress
- Update CRM systems and ensure proper documentation of transactions
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and available inventory in Jeddah
- Work closely with management to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales
- Excellent verbal communication and professional phone handling skills
- Strong lead management, follow up, and closing abilities
- Client focused mindset with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Organized, disciplined, and detail oriented
- Knowledge of the Jeddah real estate market is an advantage
