Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
- Generate and qualify new leads through networking and referrals
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable opportunities
- Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the sales process
- Stay informed about the Jeddah real estate market, pricing, and trends
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using the company's CRM system
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high service standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property consulting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship building abilities
- Self motivated with a results oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage
- Fluency in Arabic is required
- English communication skills are preferred

Key Responsibilities
