- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead follow up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords
- Understand clients' property requirements and provide suitable property options
- Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective clients
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, investment opportunities, and property values
- Negotiate offers and facilitate successful property transactions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Stay updated on market developments, project launches, and competitor activities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE or a similar market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship building abilities
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate markets is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
- Self motivated, ambitious, and target oriented mindset
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred

Position: Sales Executive – Real Estate
- We are seeking a motivated and results driven Sales Executive with real estate experience to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, conducting property viewings, and closing sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
