ALBAB Al Imtiaz Real Estate is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in the Dubai real estate market.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience in property sales, client handling, lead generation, and closing deals in residential and commercial real estate.
We are seeking a motivated professional who can build strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage new property sales leads.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Promote residential and commercial properties for sale and leasing.
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords.
- Follow up with clients and close sales transactions successfully.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and property values.
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams for campaigns and promotions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of Dubai real estate sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai property market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Experience in residential and commercial properties.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Presentable, professional, and target-oriented personality.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Strong sales and closing abilities.
- Team coordination and time management.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, and CRM systems.
- Social media marketing knowledge is an added advantage.
