Albab Developers is seeking a talented Influencer & Content Creator / Blogger to strengthen its digital presence. The role involves planning, filming, editing, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, as well as writing blogs and managing community engagement.

Responsibilities
- Create high quality photo, video, and written content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Develop engaging content ideas that align with the company's marketing strategy
- Produce reels, short form videos, vlogs, interviews, behind the scenes content, and property walkthroughs
- Write blogs, articles, website content, and social media captions
- Plan, shoot, and record professional videos using cameras or smartphones
- Conduct property tours, client testimonials, lifestyle videos, and promotional campaigns
- Record voiceovers and present content confidently on camera
- Edit videos using software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, background music, animations, and branding elements
- Optimize videos for different platforms and screen formats
- Upload and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Schedule posts according to the content calendar
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Influencer, Blogger, or Social Media Executive
- Strong photography, videography, and storytelling skills
- Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Confident presenting on camera
- Proficiency with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar software
- Understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, analytics, and digital marketing trends
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Video Production
- Plan, shoot, and record professional videos using cameras or smartphones.

- Coordinate with team members to organize video shoots at various project locations.
Video Editing
- Edit videos using software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

- Optimize videos for different platforms and screen formats.
Social Media Management
- Upload and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Schedule posts according to the content calendar.
- Monitor comments and messages and engage with the online community.
- Track content performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and reach.
Blogging & Digital Marketing
- Write SEO friendly blogs and website articles.
- Create compelling marketing copy for advertisements, brochures, and email campaigns.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and viral content ideas.
- Assist with influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns.
Brand Representation
- Represent Albab Developers professionally in videos, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Attend project launches, property showcases, client events, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all platforms.
Requirements
