About the Role

- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants
- Assist in drafting contracts and ensuring smooth closure of deals
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property developers, and other professionals
- Provide after sales or post transaction support
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Problem solving skills and ability to provide tailored advice
- Familiarity with property laws, regulations, and contracts
- Previous experience in real estate or property sales is often preferred

- Showcase the features of the property and answer questions during the tour.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants.
- Assist in drafting contracts and ensuring the smooth closure of deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property developers, other consultants, and real estate professionals.
- Leverage these relationships to provide more opportunities and stay informed about market changes.
- Provide after sales or post transaction support, including helping clients with property management, renovations, or legal issues that arise.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to provide tailored advice.
- Familiarity with property laws, regulations, and contracts.
- Previous experience in real estate or property sales is often preferred.
