- Meet with clients to understand their property requirements, investment goals, and budget
- Provide advice on the best property options based on the client’s needs
- Stay updated with the latest market trends, property values, and economic factors
- Conduct research to identify suitable properties for clients
- Organize and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants
- Showcase the features of the property and answer questions during the tour
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants
- Assist in drafting contracts and ensuring the smooth closure of deals
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property developers, and other professionals
- Provide after sales or post transaction support, including property management, renovations, or legal issues
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Problem solving skills and ability to provide tailored advice
- Familiarity with property laws, regulations, and contracts
- Previous experience in real estate or property sales is often preferred
