Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their property requirements, investment goals, and budget.
  • Client Consultation: Provide advice on the best property options based on the client’s needs.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest market trends, property values, and economic factors affecting the real estate market.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify suitable properties for clients.
  • Property Tours and Viewings: Organize and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants.
  • Property Tours and Viewings: Showcase the features of the property and answer questions during the tour.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Assist in drafting contracts and ensuring the smooth closure of deals.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property developers, other consultants, and real estate professionals.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Leverage these relationships to provide more opportunities and stay informed about market changes.
  • Ongoing Client Support: Provide after sales or post transaction support, including helping clients with property management, renovations, or legal issues that arise.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to provide tailored advice.
  • Familiarity with property laws, regulations, and contracts.
  • Previous experience in real estate or property sales is often preferred.
