Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the UAE construction sector
- Conduct regular visits to construction sites, contractors, consultants, developers, and project stakeholders
- Present company products, catalogues, and solutions to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, consultants, and procurement teams
- Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals to secure business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities
- Manage payment collections and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports using CRM systems and Excel
Requirements
- 2–3 years of UAE outdoor field sales experience in the Construction, Building Materials, or Flooring industry
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Experience conducting client meetings, site visits, and outdoor field sales activities
- Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and close sales opportunities
- Strong understanding of the UAE construction market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a field sales territory effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools
- Fluent English communication skills
- Arabic language skills will be considered an added advantage

Job Overview
- Bison Rubber is a leading supplier and installer of premium rubber flooring and safety surfacing solutions across the UAE.
- We are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Executive to support business development efforts across the UAE construction market.
