- Visit construction sites, present catalogues, and close B2B deals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Build strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with the operations/logistics team to ensure timely deliveries
- Track market trends and competitors
- Manage payment collections and resolve client queries
Requirements
- 1–2 years of field sales experience in construction, flooring, or building materials
- Familiarity with Dubai’s construction market and sales routes
- Fluent in English (Knowing Arabic is a huge Plus)
- Must have a UAE Driving License
- Proficient in using CRM or Excel for client tracking and reporting

- With a rapidly growing client base, we’re looking for a field savvy Sales Executive to take charge of building new relationships, closing deals, and growing the Bison Rubber brand.
