About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our growing team, specializing in both **off-plan and secondary real estate properties** in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in **real estate sales**, with a strong focus on **off-plan and/or secondary market properties**.
- Multilingual candidates are highly preferred (**Chinese, French, Arabic, Spanish**).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and current trends is an advantage.
