Requirements
- 3–5 years real estate sales experience in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of secondary & off-plan market
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Multilingual is a plus (Chinese, Arabic, French, Spanish)
- Target-driven and results-oriented
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales team to achieve targets
