Requirements
- Native German speaker with excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative sales, medical assistance, insurance, healthcare, aviation or another high value service industry
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Proven ability to close high value sales and build trust with clients
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation and objection handling skills
- CRM experience is an advantage
- Experience within medical assistance, travel insurance, air ambulance or healthcare is highly preferred

About the Role
- This is not a traditional sales role; every enquiry represents a patient or family facing a medical emergency, making empathy, professionalism and the ability to perform under pressure essential.
- You will manage enquiries from German and English speaking clients throughout Europe, prepare quotations, coordinate with our medical and operations teams, and guide clients through the complete repatriation process.

What We're Looking For
- Native German speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- A natural salesperson with a proven ability to close high value sales and build trust with clients.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative sales, medical assistance, insurance, healthcare, aviation or another high value service industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high pressure situations.
- Highly organized and multitasking with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with international clients across different time zones.
- CRM experience is an advantage.
- Experience within medical assistance, travel insurance, air ambulance or healthcare is highly preferred.
Working Hours
- Based in Dubai.
- Flexible to work on weekends and different shifts.
- Weekend rotation may be required.
