About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings
- Build trust with clients, insurance companies and international partners
- Prepare quotations, contracts and invoices using CRM system
- Follow up on all quotations and maintain a high conversion rate
- Coordinate closely with medical, operations and finance departments
- Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every case
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and generate repeat business
Requirements
- Native Dutch speaker with excellent English communication skills
- Proven ability to close high value sales and build trust with clients
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation and objection handling skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative sales, medical assistance, insurance, healthcare, aviation or another high value service industry
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high pressure situations
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with international clients across different time zones
- CRM experience is an advantage
- Experience within medical assistance, travel insurance, air ambulance or healthcare is highly preferred

What We're Looking For
- Native Dutch speaker with excellent English communication skills.

Working Hours
- Based in Dubai.
- Flexible to work in different shifts and weekends
- Weekend rotation may be required.
