Jotun is recruiting talent for full-time permanent positions in its MEIA Graduate Program.
The program includes challenging work, personal development planning, assignments, and focused training over one year.
The Sales Executive will support the Decorative Retail Business in growing sales and strengthening customer relationships.
The position reports to the Area Sales Manager and is based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Jotun Decorative products within the assigned territory.
- Drive sales growth, achieve targets, and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Follow up on customer payments and collections.
- Maintain customer, market, and sales information in the CRM system.
- Assess market potential and identify prospective customers.
- Coordinate with supply chain, customer service, and internal teams for smooth orders and timely deliveries.
- Contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused work environment.
