Sales Executive – Diamond Jewellery

Dargan Diamonds Trading LLC \| Dubai Festival City Mall

We are looking for a **high-performing Sales Executive with proven experience in diamond jewellery sales.

Experience in lab-grown diamonds is preferred.**

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive in-store and digital sales (WhatsApp & Instagram)
  • Deliver a premium customer experience
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed sales
  • Assist clients with diamond selection and customisation
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and client communication
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Uphold store presentation and brand standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in diamond jewellery sales
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Confident in closing high-value transactions
  • Well-presented and professional demeanour
  • **Proven experience in handling and converting sales through WhatsApp and Instagram is essential for this role**
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated

Who This Role Is Not For

  • If you are only comfortable with basic retail billing
  • If you wait for customers instead of chasing sales
  • If you are not confident speaking and closing
